The property was nice but they had no record of the booking through Travelocity. We brought the number and showed them the booking.

Everything was perfect! I arrived around midnight and the night staff was friendly and accommodating. I chose it for its location to Ahuja, but it had plenty of dining and shopping choices at the hotel and surrounding it. Although it was close to a highway andy room was on that side of the building, it was quiet and restful. A great stay!

Customer service was personally professional with knowledge of their job and the facility. Rooms were spacious and very clean , need microwaves to heat up my coffee. Very please and would stay there again.

I mean, it’s easy to say that a brand new hotel is nice and clean and all that good stuff— which this place is. Also, it’s great to have a restaurant and the other amenities available to you when you’re tired after a long drive. But what’s really making this place stand out is the staff. From the woman who took my call on the road to confirm the reservation (shout out to Sam!) to the folks at the front desk, it’s been a really pleasant experience. I have to drive back-and-forth from the eastern edge of New York State to St. Louis a lot. I’ll absolutely stop here again.
