I enjoyed the restaurant that is inside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The employees I interacted with during the day time were all very nice and knowledgeable, however the woman working the night time during check in was very rude. She also ended up putting me in the wrong room. I specifically paid extra for a room with a view of lake Erie, and instead received a room with a view into the building across the street.

Upon arrival I thought we'd made a mistake because we trouble with street repairs and couldn't readliy park on our own. However, once I accepted the fact that valet parking was necessary, all was good. Nice location, breakfast, and staff who worked with us in getting an evening voucher due to our not being able to use our breakfast voucher the next morning. Great stay.

Restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Loved the washing machine and dryer available for guests but having the detergent and dryer sheets available would've been helpful. My grown children and I were constantly bombarded by homeless looking for handouts, a few were aggressive including one while we were waiting for our car. $49 a night for parking was a bit excessive for the area. Paid less in Manhattan! Room was clean, well-appointed and offered no surprises. Lots within walking distance but be prepared for the homeless all over the place! Hotel would be a 10 anywhere else!

The Crown Plaza Downtown Cleveland

I arrived late ti check in and thw hotel was very accomodating. The location is wonderful, it's in the heart of Playhouse Station and accessible to retail shopping and restaurants all within walking distance.
