The check in was horrible. The two young ladies at the front fesk were rude and difficult. I've stayed here over 20 times and never had issues before. The room pictures was a walk in shower. I was placed in a tub room. The tub was filled with water and had hairs in it. I will be contacting management to verbally tell them how this stay went.

Saturday night, which it Was 15 November, I could not sleep kids running up and down the hallway next-door neighbors loud screaming kids is playing jumping and everything I came to that hotel to get some type of peace, but I could not Kids kept knocking on my door now remind you it was 1/2 to 3 o’clock in the morning

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is adequate and dinner appetizers are a plus. The only downside is the maid service it is non existent most days and there is never maid service cart to get towels on days they don’t clean the room. They need to hire better cleaning staff.

Very busy hotel! Breakfast is popular. I love the location, in an area with restaurants and shopping. Felt and looked safe. Security measures were followed thoroughly. Although annoying because I can in late, very happy they followed protocol. Features in room were clean, functional and the type of room I secured for a night, had basic features. Everything I needed for a quick stay! Thank you!
