Had to wait on checking in upon arrival due to system being down. Restaurant was closing early. When we checked in asked for Hilton Points to be added and no receipt when I asked for one when leaving. Still no receipt . I asked when credit card would be refunded 5 days for deposit. Room had a smell and bathroom door looked like had issues near the bottom of door. Not a very good experience. Sorry.

Extremely dirty, both inside room and in common areas.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. They made the stay great On the other hand the common amenities were not so great. Ice maker was not in designated spot. Food service closed too early Room had a very dusty air return Not the standard expected from this hotel brand

French toast, homefries hard. Drawers dirty inside. Old food stain on carpet. Service was excellent.
