Nice place, great staff, clean but if you booked through Expedia they are rude and not helpful. I ask for a print out of my receipt and they said I would have to get it from Expedia, and they over charged me on my room!

there are a ton of hidden fees. pay a sizable amount for parking…they will try to scam you by sending repeated texts about making another payment. the only reason you know not to do this is if you can hear the mumbling staff woman at the desk telling you to ignore it because you have already paid. the signs in the parking lot say otherwise! and i was expecting one text to ignore, but i received SEVEN before i blocked the number. i can only imagine it would have gone on indefinitely. the pool was closed. i understand renovations need to happen, but this should have been clearly labeled before booking. breakfast is awful and too much per person. i was just shocked at the scams surrounding this place. stay somewhere else. cleveland is beautiful and there are many nice hotels that are upfront with pricing and do not try to scam you.

Honestly not that nice. Everything looked very worn, the rooms weren't ready when we arrived and they put us on different floors even though we booked well in advance. Our second room didn't even have working blinds which made it impossible to sleep.

Great location! Comfortable beds! Comfortable lobby, whoie waiting to check in! We did have gummy bears on floor that didn't get cleaned up from previous guest and hallway spelled like pot, first night we returned to our room!
