They don’t tell you that you will have to take two different elevators, plus stairs, go across the balcony walk way which is very narrow just to try and find your room. Crazy, inconvenient and honestly a bit of a crazy area.

We like the location and the big rooms.
Also we were able to get early check in.

Price gouging during special events for the valet parking. Staff didn't really seem to care if we were happy. Front desk -- I was interrupting her from looking at her phone. Staff doesn't speak clearly, just a lazy production line mentality.
The alerts that were set up through my phone to tell us when our room was ready didn't sound until way after we were in the room. The bed didn't face the TV in our room.
The room was nice. The staff just needs to be changed.

Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno al residence inn, personale accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera grande e spaziosa, letto comodo, con salotto e cucina, bagno grande. Ero al secondo piano vicino alla sala colazione, mai sentito rumore di traffico in strada e nemmeno dalle stanze accanto. Wi fi ottimo. Di fronte al Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, a 10 minuti a piedi da Huntington Convention Center. Si trova vicino a numerosi ristoranti, alla stazione del treno Tower City Center.
Super consigliato.

This property has wonderful and pleasant personnel.
We had two small problems. There were NO toiletries for the bathroom sink, the sink area was bare. Also, we only had decaf coffee and when I requested at the front desk for regular coffee, they brought 4 packages of decaf. I tried again for regular coffee and there was nothing delivered.

In town for the Cavs game. Great location, in walking distance to Rocket Mortgage Field House. Great options for food nearby. Concierge was a little slow on arrival. They also didn’t text out the link for me to get my car. But other than that, the whole stay was great!
