Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
I could not even reach the building manager when I was stuck outside of the building. I called expedia and they tried to get ahold of the building manager and after being put on hold for 20 minutes, Expedia could not reach him either. So I canceled my reservation before 8 PM which was the day of my check-in. I expect a full refund if I get charged for anything!!! Terrible just terrible!
