We were very pleased with several aspects of this home. 1) It was very close to the wedding venue that we came here to attend. 2) It allowed us to have 6 adults (3 couples) and two young children share the space with enough bedrooms and bathrooms so we werenât tripping on each other! Also there was plenty of hot water to go around. 3) The reserved parking spaces right outside were a must. Itâs a very busy area overall, and street parking simply isnât available anywhere close. The kitchen amenities would be more complete with additional plates, bowls, serving dishes and glassware (all types, including wine glasses). There was no cookie sheet / flat baking pan. One of our planned meals required that so we bought one from a local store (only 0.6 miles away!). The house has very bright lighting. This works fine most of the time during the day. However in the evening and at night, there are very few softer light choices. Upstairs there are free standing lamps that provide softer lighting in the 3 bedrooms. The main floor could use some table or floor lamps to give a warmer, more homey feel in the evenings. And some night lights with auto light sensors would be an upgrade in the hallways and main areas. All that said, we still are happy to give this home 4 out of 5 stars. And Cyrus, our host, was extremely responsive & quick! He let us check in early so the kids could get down for their naps at a typical time. Thank you, Cyrus!!
