The tv channels did not work so we barely had any to choose from...u can't park at the facility u have to go across the street in an abandoned parking lot to park your vehicle and boat and can't see it from your room ..we had to wait for our room to even be ready ..it was not ready at check in ....

The hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. Parking is a bit odd, its across the street. They even have a spa for pedicures, manicures, and massages. If you are visiting the property, book those in advance.

Wonderful!

Hotel was clean, and every staff person was overvthe top friendly! They had a snack bar for low price and laundry facility. Bed was super comfy and room good size. Would deff recommend this place.

Check-in was pretty easy except for them not having the room i booked. I booked a handicapped room. I have to have one because I'm in a wheelchair, paralyzed. They switched it to a different room but we had no bed for my son. Had they given the room i called and requested this wouldn't have been an issue. We were on the third floor and my mom was on the second floor. The third floor had this horrid smell. It didn't transfer into our room thank goodness but it was terrible. Also, the second day, I saw that the maids had dish soap, i asked for some to clean bottles with because I left mine on accident. She tells me, "sorry, its only for guests that are staying in a suite." I was so put off by that. I've never had any hotel tell me that. I travel often. The rooms are pretty basic. Not a whole lot of channels on tv. The beds are nice. My mom had an issue with the room having trash left over from the previous guest. Breakfast is free, it was really good Saturday morning. Lots of hot options but Sunday it wasn't the best. The restaurant in the hotel is okay. It needs some work but the family that runs it are the sweetest people so that was good. The pool is about a mile down the road. But its pretty nice. Theres very limited parking for the hotel. Theres only a little gas station *they don't have gas* harps & DG in the town but theres a walmart, Casey's, & a few other things in Clinton which is about 27 minutes from the hotel. Its a nice area. People are VERY friendly!
