THE SPACE
Inside, this California desert house blends a calm, modern aesthetic with a warm, livable layout - effortless yet luxurious. Interiors are fresh and uncluttered with one full bedroom (king bed) & full bath downstairs, and four bedrooms (2 king and 2 double twin), two full baths upstairs (primary en-suite). A main living room downstairs and a secondary living room upstairs. All rooms have large TVs with cable and streaming options. The home is designed for ultimate comfort whether you’re on vacation or attending a full schedule of events.

LIVING AREAS
Both living areas (downstairs + upstairs) are spacious and relaxed with lots of comfortable seating - perfect for slow mornings, casual dinners, or unwinding after a day out.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is centered around the resort style pool designed for lounging, fountains & oversized spa and focused on the stunning mountain views. A spacious yard, clean layout, lots of deep seating, natural gas fire pit and barbecue grill, and select games create a serene setting where mornings are slow, afternoons drift into poolside relaxation, and evenings soften after long days. Pool towels are provided. And for special occasions, the space can accommodate small private gatherings with advance approval.

KITCHEN
The chef’s kitchen features a gas cooktop, oven + microwave and is fully equipped with a Nespresso Virtuo Next + Cuisinart programmable drip machine and pods/ground coffee with glass and ceramic mugs/cups - pots & pans, roasting pan, ceramic coated frying pans, premium knives, utensils, blender, baking bowls, measuring cups/spoons, hand mixer, cookie sheets, water glasses, wine glasses, cocktail glasses (plastic for outdoor too) and more. Olive oil, cooking spray, salt & pepper, some seasonings and spices, sponge and dishtowels along with a starter supply of paper towels, are also available.

BEDROOMS
Bedrooms are calm and comfortable, with high quality mattresses, pristine hotel style bedding, fluffy duvets, blinds & blackout curtains, closet with hangers, dressers for storage, and more.

BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have plush hotel style towels, make-up cloths, sulfate free shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, hand soap, Kleenex, and toilet paper.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
FREE spa heating is included in your stay. Pool heating is $75/night (Oct-June, full stay only) due to fluctuating gas prices - please give us 24 hours notice.
