Sophie our host was great. She met us on arrival and provided a comprehensive tour of the property and list of available services. She hooked me up with a great day of surfing with Felipe’s shop, the Rootstown Surf Company. She was available and responded promptly to any and all inquiries! The Villa Element was bad ass! In the best way!! Beautiful nightly view of the sunsets over Santa Teresa’s Pacific waters, jungle surroundings, were we saw howler monkeys, a tree fox, huge iguanas hummingbirds and even makaws! The villa was kept spotless and organized by the wonderful housekeeper. Location allows easy quick access to the very special town of Santa Teresa and all the fun, great food and beautiful beaches she offers. And the people there were warm, friendly and welcoming!

An amazing home with unbelievable vistas, waking up every morning to a view of the forest below and the ocean beyond was exactly the get-a-way our family was looking for. Sophie the concierge was great, she helped connect us to experiences on the Nicoya Peninsula that were one of a kind. Housekeeping and maintenance came every day to make sure the home, pool and outside premice maintained it's immaculate state. We even saw monkeys on our last few days hanging out in the trees beyond the home. On our last week there they were paving the roads on the mountain and main street below, so getting up and down should be a lot smoother for our return visit. Still I would recommend renting a 4x4 and maybe a quad bike for shorter errands up and down the mountain. We are looking forward to another stay in the very near future.

We appreciate soulful elegance. This property was filled with natural light, elegant design and high functionality. The location was convenient and well suited for activities and restaurants. The concierge (Sophie), service staff (landscaping and housekeeping) were outstanding. We would rent again!

Encore plus wow qu’en photos!

La villa ÉLÉMENT à été pour nous un coup de foudre. Nous étions 4 personnes pendant 10 jours et l’équipement de la villa et les aires communes étaient parfaitement adaptés pour notre confort. -lits très confortables-eau filtrée -zone de repos -vu couché de soleil -beaucoup de serviettes de piscine -piscine à débordement Ça prend vraiment un 4x4 pour y accéder car c’est très coteaux. Épicerie, plage, yoga , surf et Plusieurs bon resto beach club sont à proximité (8 minutes en voiture )Conciergerie (shôphiiie ) et l’équipe de ménage ont été 10/10. Nous y reviendrons certainement pour une prochaine vacance.
