This efficiency apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation, resort-style property offering beautiful, modern, coastal apartments. Should you need anything while you are at AVA Cocoa Beach, it is best to message us through the Airbnb App on your phone. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This efficiency at AVA Cocoa Beach is VERY small (the kitchen, dining, and bed are all in one picture), but you can't beat the location and atmosphere!!! You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit so much you'll love the simplicity of having everything you need in a small space.

When the murphy bed is up, a table is available to use and you can enjoy extra space in the apartment. The murphy bed easily opens and closes, and has one of the most comfortable standard Queen size mattresses by BeautyRest.

This efficiency will give you the luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo floors and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with a flat screen TV, stainless steel appliances and small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., as well as cable and high speed internet.

There are two chairs and a table right outside the unit and nearby a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building with complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

Walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

If your dates aren't available, please check with us for availability at one of our other 10 units at the same location by clicking on our profile. We'd love to host you at AVA Cocoa Beach! This unit is not suitable for infants. Note: Exterior security cameras are onsite

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

This place is STUNNING! Couldn’t get enough of this room/outdoor area. My only bad thing I could review would be communication, it wasn’t on them it was the app called Vrbo. I wish there were more options on communication. My only other thing I could complain about was I requested something special for me and my fiancĂ© since it was our honeymoon and was told they would make it special but they didn’t (they could’ve easily forgot so no big deal) but we still had fun, had peaceful time there. The plants were well taken care of. Walking distance to the beach. Nice hygiene care in the shower. Amazing bed, pillows, and towels. I give this place a 100 out of 10. If I ever come back to cocoa beach I will book this place again.

The property was just as advertised. The location is excellent and the ocean is only a short walk away. Having the beach supplies available is a huge plus. The owner even sent me an email letting me know of a scheduled rocket launch. I would definitely return.

Small but packs a punch!

Property we stayed at was a studio with a murphy bed but has everything you could possibly need. The communication and information was terrific. No problems and clean! Great location! Includes beach equipment and outdoor chairs. Good little getaway!

Short walk to beach as advertised. 👍 accommodations as advertised. The only thing we expected was an ice maker machine in the freezer. Unfortunately there were some ice cube trays and holder. Besides that we enjoyed the accommodations. The useable beach items were a huge plus.

Wonderful and quiet place to stay

This property is a hidden gem. A very nice property catering to vacationers who want a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The interior of the apartments is modern and update-to-date. A relaxing outdoor patio with three grills for cooking makes an excellent end to a day at the beach. By the way, the beach is only a block away and you can borrow beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas from the complex. Or walk two blocks to great dining. The staff is wonderful and really cares about your stay.

Cozy and near the beach with all the beach supplies

The room was very small, as described in the listing. However, it was very clean and we found adaquate space for all our things. The location, across the street from the beach, was perfect. The make avaialble all the things you need for the beach, umbrella's, charis, toys and coolers. We would stay again.

The room was excellent, very clean, and quaint. It is only made for two people. The best part is the location, the beach is right across the street. I would use this property again.
