The condo was very comfortable. Great location! Well stocked for fun (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler.) Lots of activities in walking distance and the beach was great. Highly recommend the location and the rental experience with Happy Palms Stays. Hope to return.

AC worked great, thank God because it was needed. Other guest and residents were friendly. Shoping and local places to eat were great! Host was responsive when needed. We were able to see 2 shuttle launches; 1 at night & 1 during the day...Super cool. Only disappointment was the water pressure in the master bathroom. Overall, highly recommend. Will be back!

This property was excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need for a week. The access to the beach was on site and wonderful. The pool area is large with very comfortable seating. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. I will definitely return to this property. Thanks Zareh for being an excellent host.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Process from start to finish was a breeze. Condo was beautiful inside and clean. It also had everything we needed for a trip to the beach so it was great that we didn't have to worry about chairs and umbrellas. The host was so easy to communicate with and friendly. The pool was lovely and big and the only thing I would suggest to the property as a whole is for the pool to be opened until at least 10 instead of 830 but that didn’t impact our wonderful experience at all. We will be back.

Perfect location on the beach. Condo has everything that one would need, including beach supplies. Beautiful, big, clean pool as well. The only thing we really missed was having a hot tub, as our stay was pretty cool in Dec. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed. The condo was super clean and the building, grounds and pool were perfectly maintained. Communication with the host was awesome. We were a 5 minute walk to the pier which had wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time. The condo is just as good, or maybe better, than described. There are nice beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) if needed. There were two pack and plays there when we stayed. We got to see (3) rocket launches at Cape Canaveral from the building, which was a lot of fun! I highly recommend this place!!!
