LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Closer to the beach than many oceanfront hotels! Less than 200 ft to the boardwalk! This one bedroom apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, immaculate, boutique vacation rental complex offering beautiful, modern, coastal apartments at a resort-style property with LESS THAN A ONE MINUTE WALK to the beach! Beach gear provided! Turn right - the famous Cocoa Beach Pier; Turn Left- rockets and cruise ships! We hope you stay with us at AVA Cocoa Beach!

Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us.. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach! There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This BEAUTIFUL one bedroom apartment features a king bed, bathroom with a tub, and a queen bed sofa sleeper. You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit.

This gorgeous unit has the following: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality iSerta mattress is in this unit.

There is a lovely patio out front with tables and chairs. In the back there is a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

This unit was really well maintained and super well equipped. We cooked a lot while we were visiting and there was virtually everything we needed to do that. Host was exceptional in giving directions both ahead of our visit and while we were there. This is a great location and definitely someplace I would come back to. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome very clean place!! Just as nice as our house but on a smaller scale. 2 minutes to the beach with all the beach equipment included. We will absolutely be back next year if not sooner. Bring paper towel if needed.

A little disappointing

Overall, it was a great location. Cute small place for 2. It was rather crowded with 4 of us. I was very disappointed after a 17 hour drive showed up only to be told that there was no reservation for the unit that we reserved 9 months in advance. And the apt. was not ready. The cleaning lady went back-and-forth with the owner on the phone as we sat in the heat exhausted. They finally confirmed we have a reservation after I showed her on my phone.. We had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. And I was also told by the cleaning lady that the owner was gonna reach out to us. Never heard from them, not once. No communication at all. At the very least I expected an apology. Just be careful even though I received my confirmation email a week before our arrival When showing up at the property they had no clue I had a reservation. Makes for an extremely stressful trip.

Great place!

We stayed 2 nights before a cruise and it was perfect. Cute place that was accurately described. Beach is across street (not beachfront) but easily accessible. We wish we could have enjoyed it but weather was terribly rainy, cold, and windy. Liked the shared outdoor space. Would stay again

We loved our stay here and recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area. All areas of the property were clean and tidy. Right next to the beach. Everything was comfortable and in great working order. Access to all of their beach items was such a huge convenience and we greatly appreciated that accommodation.

Unit looks just like the pictures regarding age and wear, so what you see is what you will get, which is a good thing! Updated, cute, close to the beach. Bathroom is a little smallish, but other than that, the unit is great for a few nights stay. Fairly quiet, very clean and convenient. Owners' response to our questions was very quick and they are friendly to deal with. Definitely a place to consider if you want to stay in the area.

Property is absolutely fantastic! As a family of 4 (kids age 14 and 9), we had no problem. Kids shared the pullout sofa. Property was as clean as a luxury hotel. Located just short steps from the beach and all you would need to enjoy the beach is available to use. A bigger vehicle such as van or large SUV might be tricky to park as it is tight. We had no problem with truck. Only stayed two night but kids are begging to come back.

Great Place!

Very clean property close to the beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Cocoa Beach pier, but far enough away to not be so crowded. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it.

Fantastic Stay - 5*

Stayed here with my wife for a week and it was perfect for us. One thing to check is that there are a couple of different variations of rooms. We chose one with a separate bedroom and then an open plan living room/kitchen. There are other configurations so check that out if you need something specific. It had everything we needed, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer plus utensils, plates etc. Location was brilliant we were able to walk to the beach in bare feet it was that close. Plenty of places to eat if you want to eat out or a Publix or Dollar General in walking Distance. 10 minute drive if you want something like a Walmart. Also had a room full of beach equipment that you can use so no need to bring everything with you. We were a bit worried when i saw a review saying parking space was a bit small and also room size but I can say that every room has an allocated parking space and there was plenty of room, someone even had a double cab pickup and that fitted. the Room size that we chose was more than big enough we were very happy with it. Definitely a 5 star review for us

You could stay for a few days or a month!

This is the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach with everything you need! They have thought of everything! The beach is steps away and they provide everything you need including beach wagons, umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers. The beach itself is a 1 minute walk and is big and beautiful. The property is very well kept and quiet. The outdoor space makes this the perfect place inside and out. Everything was in great working order. We will rerun and we do recommend!

This was our second stay in this unit. We adore spending a few days here to decompress after Orlando! It is clean, comfy and close to everything. I love the well-stocked beach room with wagons, chairs, toys and coolers. We really love this space. Cant wait to come back!
