This house was perfect for our family! Our family enjoyed the location to the beach/pool and city! It was the best of all worlds. The whole family loved the pool table and foosball table. The chef's kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything that you needed to be able to stay and prepare all of meals. The only complaint was the cleanliness. The house looked like it didn't have a deep clean in a very long time. We would still stay here in the future as this house has everything that we needed for a perfect family vacation!

The house was great! Our family had a great time with plenty of nice common areas, a heated pool, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities overall. A short walk down a path gets you right on the beach (which was never very crowded at all). We enjoyed our week there with extended family.

Overall, enjoyed our stay.The house fit our family size of 8 people. The location was in a good area and beach access was good. (Some of the vegetation just past the fence to walk to the beach is thicker, but were told is part of the City property and can't be trimmed.) Sending a list of items to the Host, that in our opinion, need correction to get a higher review rating.

Such a disappointment and a facade!Our experience did not match the description at all, and worse, they were rude about it. We rent 2 homes and we would never talk to the renters like this, nor would we leave the home in this condition to rent. Here’s a list of issues as facts, no fluff:- we found cockroaches in multiple areas (I have pics)- toilette seat broken (we have videos)- master shower broken ( we have videos)- they claim beach access but the path is covered in shrubs so you can’t get to the beach unless wearing long pants and ok walking through all the scrub ( we have pics)- remote to theater not working (we have video)- bbq was so rusted and gross you couldn’t touch it & definitely not use it ( we have pics)- pool unusable unless you want to cold plunge. They said they would turn on the heater for us but waters temp on Friday was the same as Sunday when we left (I have pics)- patio furniture covered in bird turd (we have pics)In general, multiple things weren’t working, and multiple things were just a veneer. It almost felt like meeting the pretty girl only to find out everything on her was fake.When we contacted the owner to see if they can address some things, they told us they would be at the house at 11, we waited only to have them email us 45 minutes past 11 and say they prioritized another issue.It’s NOT WORTH the money unless you’re a party of 14 and splitting the check 14 ways.

Family get together

Because I don’t get to see my children/grandchildren a lot, I planned a trip that we could all meet and enjoy each other in one place. We loved this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space and a wonderful place for kids. I was a little worried about the little ones with a pool, but the alarm on the door to the pool was perfect to ease my mind.

Quick getaway was amazing!

Great place to stay on the ocean. Loved the pool as the ocean was very rough. Nice and warm water (be sure to have them turn on heater before you arrive) with floats available. Lots of beach supplies available too. We were disappointed there were no beach towels, kitchen towels, or any cleaners at all. We didn’t want to buy any as we were only there for a few days - guessing they throw everything out when you leave or there would’ve been some leftover. So we made due, not a huge issue. We loved the place and hope to come back to the area and would stay here again. Manager was great with communication. Thanks for the fun getaway!

Almost Perfect

We rented this house for my 55th bday from Thurs. 10/10 to 10/13. On 10/10 Hurricane Milton hit Cocoa Beach. We could NOT check in on Thurs. (10/10) because of the storm. In contact with property manager to advise if they send someone out to the property late Thurs. to make sure the house is good and has electricity we would still come Friday thru Sunday. Got to house Friday....NO ONE cleaned up after the hurricane. The outside furniture was very messy, sandy and just kinda thrown around. Some of the soffit from second story ripped off and strung around the back yard. Sharp metal. Pools was not cleaned with debris and sand in the bottom. There were 11 adults. and NO cleaning products (sponge, hand towel, dish soap), some of the bathrooms didn't even have toilet paper and the bath towels are small and very limited amount of them. The oven is a complete disaster. The bottom is burned out and every time you use it the entire house smells like something is burning. Despite missing an entire day that we paid for and NOT cancelling completely and the things mentioned above...this house was really great! Loved being able to walk right on to the beach. Hopefully the management company will take better care of their guests as this property is not cheap to rent.

Great house for families

The house was great. It was three families and we had plenty of space to enjoy. Each family got a wing of the house. The house had lots to do for kids with the beach just right outside, the pool, basketball court, and a nice backyard. Plenty of outside and inside areas for the adults. Great location near toe . Family Vacation from 4 different States

The house is nice and spacious with lots of room for guests both downstairs and upstairs. It has beautiful views of the ocean and has a convenient path to get to the beach from the backyard. The pool was deep and refreshing. The recreation room provided plenty of games and activities. The garage had plenty of stuff for fun at the beach. The house was nicely cleaned upon our arrival. However, the access information on check-in and Out from the host was provided in a restricted timeframe that made it frustrating. It was given to us while we were traveling so we weren’t able to share it, in a timely manner, with other guests who arrived ahead of us. There isn’t a welcome book with expectations, or helpful instructions, like where to find second-floor game room items which we found above the refrig on the first floor, how to use movie room, or fun insights to the area. They are cheap on TP quality, amount of provided soaps, shampoo, dish soap, garage bags. For a week’s stay it was maybe enough for a weekend rental. The kitchen appliances and bbq are in direr need of fixing. There’s nothing left in pantry from other guests, so plan on buying coffee, coffee filters, condiments, spices, napkins
. Along with adding to what more you’ll need to complete a week rental.

Enjoyed the house

A few more supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper were sparse for a large party. House was clean, good response time, pool was green when we got there due to a recent storm, but they were out the next day and it was usable again. Beach items were available so we didn’t have to worry about umbrellas or chairs, even had boogy boards for the kids to use. We had a great stay.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

Once again, a perfect beach getaway for a 3 generation family. The view and the sound of the ocean is breathtaking. Something for everybody to enjoy while staying in this home. Wonderful Home and Location

This was our first stay at the property and we are already planning to come back. Comfy beds, lots of towels and fun stuff (beach, pool, foosball table, pool table, movie room, etc.) The house is wonderful and the location can't be beat. It's a short walk to restaurants and nightlife, yet far enough away to be very quiet. Disregard the reviews that were super negative. Something doesn't add up with them. Our stay was great. The host was always quick to respond and resolve a few very minor issues. We can’t wait for next year!

A Great Week!

We were a group of ten, aged 8 through 70. The house had PLENTY of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball table! We arrived to lousy weather but that didn't stop the kiddos from jumping in the heated pool in the rain with the weather at 60*. We used floats out of the garage and there were plenty of beach chairs, etc for outside fun. The house was immaculate with lots of outdoor seating options. We started every day in the morning sun on the back patios facing the beach and ended the day in the front with kids back in the pool while we enjoyed the sun from the west side. The beach was beautiful with very few people sharing with us. We were able to see the Space Center launch pads and saw a launch lit up and set to go but scrubbed at the last minute (the only disappointment of the week!). This rental suited our needs perfectly and we look forward to the possibility of returning. Cocoa Beach offers something for every age, one of the reasons we enjoy the area!

Great location and overall place, but had some issues.

Great location, great amenities. But owners took a lot of shortcuts on the property and tried to bill us for their own home issues. Rusty nails sticking up off the front and back decks, pool doesn’t heat up very well at all, holes in walls, sliding doors impossible to open, dishwasher didn’t work for 2 days. The worst part was their attempt to bill us an additional $600 for issues they had no evidence of. We asked repeatedly for photos, and they couldn’t produce them. We recommend that if you stay, take a lot of photos to protect yourself. That’s what we did.
