The cottage features one cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living area, and a separate toilet room.

One of the home`s most unique features is its outdoor bathing experience. Instead of a traditional indoor shower or bathtub, you`ll enjoy a private outdoor shower and a private outdoor soaking tub located on the front deck, surrounded by privacy fencing. It`s a refreshing and memorable way to embrace Florida`s warm coastal lifestyle.

Step outside to your private tropical patio featuring comfortable lounge seating, a cold plunge tub, and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach.

Whether you`re here to surf, soak up the sun, explore the Space Coast, or simply unwind, Tiny Surfer Cottage offers a unique stay that blends comfort, character, and the laid-back beach lifestyle.

Please Note: There is no indoor shower or bathtub at this property. The private outdoor shower and soaking tub are the only bathing facilities (hot & cold water available). This is intentional and part of the unique cottage experience.

Parking: Please park toward the front of the property, near the small vacant camper. The camper is unoccupied and serves as a helpful landmark for the designated parking area. This designated parking area helps keep the rest of the property accessible for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay!
HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9) A Late Checkout Fee of $250 will be charged to the payment on file if you checkout late without prior approval.
10) There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
11) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.

• Set the thermostat to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Place used towels in the bathroom.
• Log out of all streaming apps you logged into & check for any personal belongings.
• Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
• Load and start the dishwasher (or leave rinsed dishes in the sink if there isn`t one).
• Take out the trash if it`s full.
• Lock the door and return the key to the lockbox (if applicable).
