Top floor of ocean front Spanish Main Condominium. Walking distance to downtown.

Spanish Main Condominium is a well maintained, oceanfront complex located in Cocoa Beach, just south of Cape Canaveral and Port Canaveral. This ocean front complex and the unit have an ocean view from the balcony. You can easily join other beach lovers soaking up sun on the beach, frolicking in the waves or strolling the beach to downtown Cocoa Beach. From the beach, you even have a good view of rocket launches. In addition to the ocean, the condo has a beautiful, heated pool in the middle of the complex, unfortunately its undergoing a renovation project thru mid December. A small shopping mall across the street provides many of your basic needs and a major grocery store is just minutes away. Downtown Cocoa Beach is walking distance to explore all the local restaurants and shops. Cape Canaveral is a short drive and offers great location to stroll the port and enjoy more restaurants and bars. Many of the bars offer music and dancing on the weekends. The Kennedy Space Center is less than an hour away. The Orlando entertainment parks and airports are about an hour away.

If you are looking for a beachy, 2-bedroom ocean front complex near downtown Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral, this unit has breathtaking view of the ocean and beautiful white sandy beach from the balcony. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach, you only need to bring your own food, drinks and clothes. Beach towels, beach chairs and toys are provided for a day at the beach. The kitchen has all the basics for your cooking needs. The open design for the kitchen, dining room and living room provides the perfect place for entertaining and relaxing. The dining table even has space for 6. The bathrooms have all the basics including hand soap, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. This unit also has WIFI and a small desk.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, tv, dresser, a large closets and private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom, two twin beds, a dresser and a smart tv. There is also a washer and dryer inside the condo.

Condominium Association Rules:

2-bedroom condos are limited to 4 people. Guests are not allowed to bring any pet on Spanish Main Condominiums property. Trailers, boats or motor homes are not permitted on the property. Parking is available around each building. Overflow parking is in the large grassy area in front of the complex.

Please observe posted rules at the pool. Pool hours are from 9am to dusk. Noise tends to carry in the pool & courtyard, so be considerate of other residents. Do not hang towels, swimsuits or clothing on railings.

Fire department regulations prohibit use of charcoal or gas grill on any balcony, a charcoal grill is near the pool area as well as an outdoor shower area for you to rinse off the sand.

Great condo for a beach vacation with the family! The unit was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed included beach toys, umbrella and towels. Great ocean view balcony

We stayed for the Thunder on cocoa beach power boat races and it was so convenient staying ocean front. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything. Nice ocean view balcony when we wanted a break from the sun. The host was always quick to respond with any questions and we were extremely lucky to get early check in. Would stay again hopefully next year.

Cockroaches bedbugs

If you are staying here, you are running into danger of being exposed to vermin. Before starting our 1st night, we discovered a lot of cockroaches -inside and around the fridge, have seen them creeping around in the kitchen and inside the main bedroom.After informing the owner, he told us he is surprised and having no issues so far, as the unit is monthly sprayed by an exterminator, and he can contact the exterminator next morning. We were not taking the offer, as we only booked 3 nights, not finding it healthy to get sprayed and waiting for the effect. Instead, we expressed our wish to leave and asked for a solution to cancel the contract and refunding some money. No response until today. As our holiday money was coming to an end, we were forced to stay. On top of the cockroaches, we found next morning bite marks on our legs increasing overnight 2 and 3, definitely left by onsite bedbugs according to the bite formation (master bedroom).We were not seeking for further contact as our linked request was still unanswered in place (contract cancell.)We booked according to the good old ratings, however we made a totally different experience We are curious about the owner's response to our rating, maybe highlighting that he is still surprised and doing this for years without problems or reaching flat next day and not recognising anything or that he has answered and message got lost in space ... or .. or .. or.We have Video and Photo proof of the complete scenario.

Perfect in Every Way

Such a sweet spot right on the beach and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and activities. This spacious and well-appointed condo has everything you need to make a stay in Cocoa memorable! My husband were there for 4 nights and our daughter and her finance joined for 2 of them. The pool is large with plenty loungers and tables. The owner supply beach towels, a couple of chairs, umbrella and coolers. The unit has a washer and dryer and the kitchen affords storage space and all the necessities. Highly recommend this lovely unit!

Just what I was looking for!

You will find this place exactly as described. The view of the ocean from the balcony is superb! You can hear the waves crashing on the shore as you sit and have your morning breakfast. The location just across the bridge to the beach is what we were personally looking for. Being so close to the beach allowed for half days and to come back to the unit to cool off or get more drinks, snacks. The onsite pool is also perfect! You won't be disappointed booking here.

Always special

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Always a great time! Pool, beach, all units clean, safe and equipped. First trip was to take grandson( 7) to Kennedy Space Center, this summer it to do some bioluminescent kayaking, he’s 9 now. Back to Gator n’Golf and Dinosaur Museum and Store. All nearby.
