Enjoy our beautiful Luxury Townhome! Your dream vacation starts here. This beautiful
waterfront Town Home offers an ideal setting for making beautiful memories with family and friends!
Enjoy the Black Rock development on waterfront, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and an extra bunk bed up stairs in the family room! The beautiful waterfront luxury townhome is on the Spokane River, where it meets Lake Coeur d'Alene! A short walk to restaurants, shopping, spa, parks, theaters and a bike ride to town to have coffee in the mornings!
Our town house is decorated beautifully and has all amenities to go with it. The Master bedroom has access to the patio with a large Master Bathroom with an oversize jacuzzi tub.
A one stall attached is included. Coeur d'Alene is a great destination, either summer or winter! The four-season climates makes for endless activities! We would like a 4 night minimum for our property.

The Boat slip is NOT part of the rental. You can enjoy the boardwalk, with daily walks and swimming!
Boats slips are available at the resort or other places.
We do have a ring security on the front door of the unit.

My annual stay cation in CDA was amazing. Family and friends enjoy the condo and the location of the property. Teenagers have their own space with bunk beds and tv and music. Adults love the patio and drinking coffee and other beverages while watching the boats etc. always nice to walk on the board walk and visit the local restaurants!

We enjoyed our visit to Coeur d’alene and our stay in this condo. We particularly liked its location, view, cleanliness, comfy beds and quiet. We would have liked to see a Keurig coffee maker and functioning t.v. We sent a text to you and Melisa asking how to operate it but didn’t get a reply. 😕 We were uncomfortable though hauling luggage and groceries up those stairs, and, you really need to install grab bars and non slip mats in the bathroom showers. Friends and family annual stay cation

I had family and friends out on different days. It was nice that way and allowed everyone to have their own space. The grand daughters enjoyed the bunk beds and the large living space to listen to music. The friends and I enjoyed the patio and all of the people watching as well as walking on the boardwalk to go to terraza and a short walk to Starbucks in the morning. Neighbors were very friendly. Hopeful to make this the new annual place. Enjoyed the jetted tub!

Amazing stay

We had a great stay at Linda’s condo. The location was amazing. So close to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The view of the river was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out and watching all the boats and her skiers. The condo is very well decorated was comfortable. Our 14 yr old loved the upstairs loft area. I also appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. Linda even had plenty of 4th of July plates and silverware for us to use. We would love to stay again another time.

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location!

Our stay with our grandchildren was perfect! The location was exceptional - restaurants, shopping and movie theater are within easy walking distance. The kids loved fishing and swimming. The adults loved sitting on the deck relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. It was very clean and well appointed with all the amenities you could possibly need. Linda was very responsive, kind and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again next year!
