Great staff, everyone was very friendly. We had a couple issues with our room and they fixed one but I think some miscommunication happened and the pullout bed never got addressed. Getting in and out of the property is tricky. However, the location is great and we were close to the lake and Silverwood.

I’ve accidentally booked this place twice thinking it was the one with the bears. This place is horrible, the pool is never open and if it is it’s freezing. The staff are exactly what you would not want in staff. If I could I would cancel my stay now and go to motel 6. Be very mindful when booking this place, you’ll be beyond disappointed. I am!

Staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. They were able to get us connecting rooms. The pool is larger than expected and clean. It did not have an overwhelming chlorine smell like a lot of other places.

Easy and nice. Our only minor complaints would be the sticky floors in the breakfast area. Our room had a wet spot on the floor. Also a odor like a locker room. The staff were pleasant and I would stay again. For the most part it was perfect.
