Room was clean, bed was harder than I like, pillows were very flat and there were only two of them. Only one hand towel, two washcloths, two bath towels. Biggest problem was we found a bed bug as we were packing up to leave in the morning. Informed the front desk and they said they’d get the room de-bugged, but it’s not a good feeling to think you might have bedbugs in your luggage. This was our first stop on our trip, so I know we didn’t bring them in from anywhere else.

The bedding had not been changed; there was hair all over in the sheets. The comforter was full of cigarette burn holes. The bathroom was dirty; there was urine on the toilet and toilet seat. When we went to the desk, they said they would not come clean the room we had to take it as is or they would refund our money, and we could go else wear. We left and went to a different establishment.

People were smoking outside by their cars, but I don’t smoke. Dogs were barking. Kids were screaming in the swimming pool.. the room floor was dirty. I never got room service. I left $20 on the bed with a note that I needed my floor swept and mopped. I left it there for two days and no one picked it up. No one did anything in my room this is the third time I’ve stayed there in the last time. I will stay there.

I am disabled and I could not stay my full stay and checked out s day and a half early because I couldn't walk up and down the stairs . No microwave or refrigerator or coffee pot when your competition offer them for about the same charge . The bead spread dirty and full of cigarette burns and holes and I can ouuld not shower because of high risk of slipping due to me being disabled.

Wifi was hit and miss. Room smelt like a dog had peed in it. Shower was musty smelling. Front desk didn’t have my Expedia reservation so I had to contact Expedia. There was no shampoo in the room. I checked with front desk and she said they don’t supply shampoo. The noise from the highway was loud. Stay somewhere else and avoid this place.
