On the bottom level you have an open plan living/dining area overlooking the reserve with direct beach access. This is also including a fully equipped laundry and additional off-street parking.

The second level features a living area which opens onto a balcony with sensational views, 2 bedrooms and a main bathroom. Heading up to the third floor is the luxurious master bedroom with a private balcony, oversized ensuite and air-conditioning.

Surrounded by world class beaches this house is the perfect base to explore everything the Coffs Coast has to offer. From surfing to snorkelling, fishing or kayaking; there are endless amounts of activities. You might prefer to sit back and watch the whales breach from June to early November each year.

Fantastic location and amazing views.

Property is located in an ideal location between two beautiful beaches with plenty of coastal, headland walks to enjoy. The home is extremely comfortable, with a large daybed on the top deck that is great for relaxing at anytime of the day, while enjoying the views. Really nice trees and manicured lawn surrounding the property, which attracts a large variety of native birds. We enjoyed watching the whales and turtles from the headland seating . The agent was very easy to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. The view from the top floor was such a treat. Only thing I would suggest is maybe not having so much white/cream furniture and linen when you’re house allows children as guests!
