Casa Cameleon CoĂ­n by Ruralidays

Holiday home in CoĂ­n, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This nice rural house for 6 people, located two km from the village of Coín, is the perfect location to spend your Andalusian holidays. You will enjoy the hot Spanish sun, relaxing in the outdoor spaces as you’ve never done it before.

The house is divided into two floors. Downstairs, you will find a double bedroom, a modern bathroom, a wooden decorated living room and a completely equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are the two other bedrooms with a double bed. On the first floor, there also is another bathroom with shower.

The house is equipped with warm/cold air-conditioning.

The porch is also equipped with a kitchen and a dining table, to enjoy tasty meals outdoors, especially in summer. From here, you can reach the other areas of the garden, which include a large terrace, a private swimming pool area with sunbeds and parasols and a corner with a small table for your tasty break. The garden is very well cared for and here, you can admire the spectacular landscape that characterise the heart on Andalucia.

The access to the house is possible through a paved lane, easily reachable from the Ronda-CoĂ­n A-366 highway.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt, Mark hat uns freundlicherweise empfangen, um uns die Villa zu zeigen (es gibt eine scharfe Kreuzung, die man ĂŒbersehen könnte) und von dort aus hatten wir eine perfekte erholsame Woche, die wir grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils am Pool verbrachten und die atemberaubende Aussicht genossen. Alles was Sie brauchen ist da. Ich wĂŒrde empfehlen, ein Auto zu mieten, um herumzukommen.

Dies war das zweite Mal, dass eine Familie bei uns in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen ĂŒbernachtet hat, und es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Da wir schon vorher dort waren, wussten wir genau, was uns erwarten wĂŒrde, und sobald wir aus dem Mietwagen stiegen, fĂŒhlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Aussicht vom Pool und der Terrasse ist atemberaubend, bei einem kĂŒhlen Bier kann man problemlos Stunden damit verbringen, auf die Berge zu blicken. Mit zwei Teenagern gibt es mehr als genug Raum, um nicht zu streiten. In der Villa gibt es alles, was Sie brauchen könnten, es ist wirklich ein zweites Zuhause. Die Villa liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Stadt mit allen SupermĂ€rkten und Bars entfernt, die Sie brauchen könnten, und ist perfekt gelegen, sodass Sie nur 30 Minuten von allen wichtigen Orten an der KĂŒste entfernt sind – Marbella, Wasserparks usw. Mark ist fantastisch, er hat als Gastgeber die perfekte Balance. Gerne helfen wir Ihnen mit VorschlĂ€gen zur Gegend oder lösen Probleme (wir hatten keine). oder sich selbst genießen und entdecken lassen.

Wir hatten die Ruhe und PrivatsphĂ€re, die wir wollten. Mark ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, wenn Sie etwas brauchten, was es gab. Das einzige aber, dass das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss GerĂŒche hat. Aber wir haben es nicht benutzt, mit dem darunter war es das wert. Komfortables Haus, Betten auch. Ein Wunder die Wahrheit. Es ist etwas schwierig, dorthin zu gelangen. Fragen Sie nach dem Standort, damit es keine Verluste gibt.

Tuvimos la tranquilidad y privacidad que querĂ­amos. Mark es amable y muy atento si necesitaba cualquier cosa ahĂ­ estaba. El Ășnico pero que el baño de arriba tiene olores. Pero nosotros no lo usamos, con el de abajo nos valĂ­a. Casa cĂłmoda, camas tambiĂ©n. Una maravilla la verdad. Un poco difĂ­cil llegar, pĂ­dele la UbicaciĂłn asĂ­ no hay pĂ©rdida.

We werden, hoewel het al heel laat op de avond was wegens vertraging van onze vlucht, heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de buurvrouw waarmee het goed communiceren was in de Engelse taal. We troffen er een prachtig huisje aan, goed ingericht en net onderhouden en met veel privacy en mooi weids uitzicht. Het was heerlijk ontbijten in het zonnetje s' morgens of 's middags/s' avonds te aperitieven onder een beschutte veranda of aan het mooie zwembad te rusten in de zon. Er is tevens een prachtige tuin. De airconditioning in huis werkte perfect wat gelet op de hoge temperatuur een belangrijk pluspunt is. Het is ook een goede locatie om van daaruit steden als Malaga (30 Min), Marbella (30 min), Nerja en Ronda (iets meer dan een uur) of mooie pittoreske dorpen zoals Mijas Pueblo of Frigiliana te bezoeken, of het natuurgebied rond Antequera. Al deze steden, dorpen en natuurgebied zijn stuk voor stuk het bezoeken waard. Uiteraard is een (huur)wagen dan een must. Bij het verlaten van het huisje was er nog een vriendelijk gesprek met de eigenaar Marc en de borg werd zonder enig probleem integraal terug bezorgd. Conclusie: een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor dit prachtige huisje en een bijzonder mooie streek. Voor ons was het alvast een bijzonder geslaagde vakantie.

L’experience etait vraiment super. La villa super belle rien Ă  redire. L’accueil du propriĂ©taire (Marc) s’est dans de superbe condition, il etait vraiment aimable et agrĂ©able. Toute la famille Ă  profitĂ© d’un cadre tres agrĂ©able reposant et magnifique. Tout etait au rendez-vous :) ! ( juste faire les courses ;) ). Nous recommandons cette villa Ă  tout le monde.
