With capacity for 6 people and three bedrooms, this family home combines spacious and cosy spaces with a private pool that is sunny and safe, ideal for the little ones to have fun under your direct supervision from the living-dining room.
The house, with two floors, offers a functional and pleasant design: on the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with a fireplace, 32" Smart TV, centralized air conditioning (except kitchen), and a toilet. The kitchen is independent, modern and fully equipped with quality appliances (induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, among others), and has a laundry area. Communication between kitchen and dining room makes it easy to organize your meals with total comfort.
Going up the stairs, you will discover three bedrooms, all with access to a private terrace and spacious wardrobes. One of them includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second has two single beds and the third a double bed. The centralised air conditioning also covers this floor to ensure your rest at any time of the year.
The plot of the accommodation is fully fenced and includes an entrance porch and outdoor furniture next to the pool, so you can enjoy moments of relaxation and gastronomy outdoors.
