Located just minutes from CoĂn and the La Trocha Shopping Centre, you will have shops, supermarkets and everything necessary for a comfortable stay at hand.
The property has direct and quick road accesses that will allow you to visit MĂĄlaga city or the Costa del Sol in less than 40 minutes. Its exterior is a welcoming space, with a furnished porch to enjoy barbecues and outdoor moments. The private pool, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, is perfect for children to have fun and for everyone to cool off and relax under the sun
Distributed over two floors, the ground floor offers a spacious living-dining room with large windows that provide plenty of natural light and views of the garden and surroundings.
