This spectacular villa in Coín offers an ideal space for groups of up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 380 m² of modern and cosy comfort. Its strategic location allows you to enjoy both rural tranquillity and an excellent connection with supermarkets, restaurants and nearby tourist attractions such as beaches, natural parks and golf courses.

The exterior is a true oasis: private pool surrounded by palm trees, well-maintained garden, 32 m² terrace with outdoor dining furniture and a perfect barbecue area for gatherings and unforgettable moments. From the covered porch, you can enjoy relaxing views and evenings with family or friends.



The interior stands out for its modern and welcoming style. The entrance is decorated with contemporary art and a zen garden that provides serenity. The spacious living room with fireplace and television with internet connection creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxing or entertainment nights. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, ensuring comfort and functionality to prepare any meal.



The villa has a children's bedroom located near the social areas, ideal for keeping the little ones safe and close to the family. The main bedroom is a resting refuge with a private terrace, vintage chaise longue and en-suite bathroom with rain effect shower, independent bathtub and dressing room. Another bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and bathtub, while the remaining bedrooms offer double or single beds, adapting to different needs.



The house has heating by heat pump and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, guaranteeing comfort in any season. In addition, it has a garage, washing machine, dryer, and three televisions so that nothing is missing during your stay.

Gorgeous house!

Cubo's Villa Agua de Azahar is a beautiful villa set in glorious gardens. It is very homely with everything you could need in a modern and stylish villa. The house is located up a long, and not very well kept, road, but is a short drive into the town of Coin and provides a great base for visiting other surrounding towns. The only downside for us was the neighbours' dog. Whilst he was extremely cute and friendly, we had to contact the office on the second day as he's managed to break his way into our garden and home, jumping all over us. I am not sure anything was done, as we managed to find out where he was coming in and blocked the hole!! Also, we had 3 cats that moved into the house while we were there. No chance of keeping them out when we were there with the doors open! Just wanted to mention it, as some people do not like, or are allergic, to animals! We are animal lovers, but still found the animals to be a bit of a nuisance. Overall, a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful home.

Sehr schönes und grosses Haus und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super auch dass es viele Kinderspielzeuge gab. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Familie (5 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder), da es 4 Zimmer hat. Die Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan und waren sehr diskret und hilfreich. Die Kommunkation mit Cubo war im allgemeinem ok, allerdings nutzt die Organization auch eine AI. Das ist etwas umständlich und mir wäre es lieber direkt mit Personen in Kontakt zu sein.Die Umgebung ist ok, es gibt eine viel befahrene Strasse nicht weit vom Haus. Es stört nicht allzusehr, aber man hört die Autos vorbeifahren.Die Aussicht ist toll und das Licht beim Sonnenauf- und Untergang sind wunderschön. Ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Top huis, rustig gelegen, van alle gemakken voorzien , prachtig uitzicht en zeer schoon. Goede communicatie met host. 3 grote supermarkten op enkele minuten rijden (let op : zondag gesloten).Ideaal met een groot gezelschap. Zeer grote slaapkamers en totaal 4 badkamers, meerdere terrassen. Zwembad niet verwarmd , maar zal hoogzomer niet nodig zijn. Wel weinig handdoeken, totaal 2 pp voor 6 nachten en geen theedoeken. Handdoeken zwembad wel aanwezig. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug !

Wat hebben wij een prachtige vakantie gehad! Het huis is nog veel groter dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Prachtig uitzicht, mooie tuin en de kids hebben genoten van het zwembad. Je hebt wel een auto nodig omdat het huis buiten Coin ligt, maar daar krijg je veel privacy voor terug. Het huis was brandschoon, en vrij compleet ingericht. Overal om het huis zijn zitplaatsen, waardoor zowel zon als schaduw altijd aanwezig zijn (mits de zon schijnt natuurlijk). Wij zouden hier zeker nog een keer naar terug kunnen gaan!!

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit 9 Personen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Das Haus war ein Traum! Die Einrichtung war sehr gepflegt und modern. Die Lage war sehr ruhig mit viel Privatsphäre, trotzdem Waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar ein paar tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! 5/5 Sternen! ☀️

We had a very nice stay at Cubo's Holiday Homes

We had a very nice stay at Cubo's Holiday Homes. House was bigger than we expected from the pictures. The view was indeed as beautiful as seen on pictures. Bedrooms were spacious, well equipped. There was room for everyone to be together and also find a relaxing place to be in peace and quiet. Kitchen was big and there was three places to enjoy the meals - around kitchen island for quick snack, in dining room around big dinner tableoutside on the terrace with beautiful view, where there was another big dinner table. Pool was nice, garden was well taken care of, house was newly renovated and fresh. Neighborhood was quiet and idyllic with small orange gardens. But Coin was very close and trip to the big food store took only 3 min by car. We are very happy with our stay. :)
