The front counter staff was very unpleasant. Almost as if they did not want us there . From the moment we checked in the lady at the desk was very rude with no customer service at all towards me. She did not even greet me but , greeted the customer that was next in line after me .

One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we’ve stayed in over the past few months. The breakfast is excellent! They even offer to-go bags if you’re in a hurry. The staff is kind and attentive, the beds are comfortable, and everything is spotless. It has that old-fashioned charm from the days when guests truly came first. We’ll definitely be back! ———— Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que hemos estado en los últimos meses. ¡El desayuno es excelente! Ofrecen bolsitas para llevar si tienes prisa, y todo el personal es amable y atento. Las camas son cómodas, las sábanas de buena calidad y las toallas impecables. As usual when using Expedia they give you the worst room available. This one next to the elevator. To top it off the walls and ceiling are paper thin so the guest noise was constant and disturbing.
