The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was a bit problematic because the desk had a completely unidentifiable credit card number for me. The check-in staff was able to correct quickly but where the third part reservation site got this number is beyond me.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. Parking was convenient and we felt safe. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, nicely presented and delicious. The lady who served it was very cheerful and helpful, which made us feel special and welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The bed had four supportive pillows and the mattress was soft, comfortable and supportive. The layout of the hotel and the rooms is modern, convenient and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Job well done team!

Disappointment

The hotel looks clean and up to date from photos, but when in person it’s obvious the wear on the rooms. Lobby and elevators smelled of fish, dried mud dusted all over the floors. The actual room had clean beds, but pink mold in the shower. Pool was dirty, like literal mud all along the bottom of it. After an 18 hr road trip promising a toddler to be able to swim it was a disappointment. Safe? Yes. “Clean”? Barely passable. The staff was friendly, but I think just complacent in the upkeep. I did NOT feel comfortable with allowing my kids to crawl on the carpet in the floor. Blinds were broken in the room as well.
