I enjoyed the pool and Gym. The room was clean and comfortable the staff was friendly. The TV and refrigerator didn't work but discovered the plug was not working so put it in another one and solved the problem. Hint, the room had two queen beds one was comfortable and the other wasn't so check both beds before deciding which one to sleep in.

This was the worst idea of a stay I ever had not only did they try and put me in a twin when I reserved a king the room was falling apart I had to fix the shower myself and the sink but when I had a nose bleed and got it on the upper cover and comforter I apologized a asked if I need to pay for anything the manager said no it was an accident and would be fine so then the next day I get a note on the floor asking to come to the front desk she then proceeded to tell me she called the GM witch translated to let me call my husband and charge me extra 100.00 out of pocket because he said it needs to be charged I’m not a petty individual but if you speak another language infront of me while on the phone with your GM make sure google translate isn’t presently translating in my ear I stay in room 207 and after I fixed there shower and sink it was a waste of money a side note is if they can’t be bothered to make a decent breakfast for the oil and construction works they should offer breakfast waste of my money and disgusting!

A little musty smelling and the bathroom door didn’t close completely ok for a quick 1 night stay on the way to Estes Park.
