Fell Short on Customer Care

Have stayed here twice a year for the last 4 years on our way to Moab always requesting a lower level room in advance when booking due to a bad knee. Staff has always been accommodating and friendly until this year’s visit on 9/24 evening check-in. Lady was extremely rude.. it would’ve been nice to be notified if there was not a lower room available in advance.

The property is pretty dated. Room smelled. People were smoking right outside my room, so AC would blow it right in our room.

Room was on 2nd floor and no elevator. Rough for older people with heavy luggage. The computer was slown so checkin was too. No dial tone on the room phone. Staff was friendly and room was clean.
