Me and my partner stayed 4 nights in this particular hotel and enjoyed area so much we decided to extend our stay for a further 2 nights! But due to staff was some sort of mix up and couldn’t stay but already had payed for extra nights and accepted booking! Due to this unfortunate circumstance we lost out on refund which is daylight robbery, no attempt to amend this in anyway at all no compromise just left to sort accommodation ourselves which caused us so much grief as we had important hospital appointments and couldn’t in anyway not go as was main purpose of staying in first place! Absolutely appalling at the behaviour and staff professionalism with handling this matter especially with the amount of money no less that we spent at establishment! No customer care or safeguard at all ! Terrible experience in end up which is such a shame! We both feel saddened to say the least considering it is in the middle of a complete takeover can only hope for better customer service and courtesy! Good Luck!

Hi Bertie, Thank you for your review. Due to hotel policy, we are a non smoking hotel and we do not tolerate any kind of guest misconduct under any circumstances. Unfortunately during your stay we found evidence of guest misconduct which is why you received no refund. I understand this may be frustrating for you however by law we cannot tolerate this. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staff were all so helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and modern very nice
