Located in the eastern foothills of the Sierra Mountains, BBQ, free WiFi, cable TV, and parking for all size vehicles. Walk across the street to Mntn View BBQ, enjoy breakfast at Sweet Water Cafe, or grab a burger at Walker Burger!

This is a Family room featuring a Queen bed and a twin bed. Rooms include a coffee machine. Select rooms include a kitchenette with cutlery. A microwave and a refrigerator.

In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.

Pet Policy
Pets must be approved before booking. While we offer pet-friendly accommodations, approval is at management's sole discretion based on factors like breed, age, and weight. Bringing a pet without prior written approval will result in an automatic $150 penalty, plus a pet fee if approved. If the pet is not approved, the reservation will not proceed and no refund will be provided. If approved after arrival, the unauthorized pet fee still applies in addition to the applicable pet fee.
If your pet is approved, it can not be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

There is a camera that videos the parking lot.

Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Lost & Found Return Policy
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
