Very nice property. Rooms nicely appointed. Walking distance to restaurants and market. Would recommend.

Seems like management or staffing changes. Our 1st stay there was very nice. This time a lot of thing were just missing or different from the last. Even the bathroom didn’t have enough towels for 2 people after check in. 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel. And when I asked for more towels I was given an extra floor mat . And the side door to the stairwell wouldn’t close & people could get in & out without keys. Just wished that since it is still such a new property it would’ve maintained it newness

The Good: New Hotel and right off the freeway. Cheaper than staying in Tahoe. The Bad: The walls,floors and doors are very thin. You can hear everyone talking in the hallway and in other rooms,walking around. Had a hard time sleeping.

Very very nice hotel but the noise last night on the 3rd floor was unreal. People running & intentionally stomping on the floor all the way down and back up the hallway every few minutes till well after midnight and he first shower I took, the water would go down to a trickle then to full blast (which wasn’t powerful) & it would come & go the whole time. I was terrified I’d be covered in soap & the water would shut off. Sad to have complaints because it was a really really nice hotel.

My transportation (train from Emeryville) was cancelled within the 24-hour refund period. The person at the desk was not interested in talking about it. My cost was for nothing, and it wasn't my fault. I'll look elsewhere next time.

We can not cancel the third party reservation. Even we gave the guest option to use the credit for future reservation.

The room is very clean and in good condition, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the noise from the upper floor.
