Clean and quiet room, secured floor access to rooms and wonderful staff and housekeeping. Our only issue was how dim the lighting is in the rooms. My wife and I had a lot of issues preparing for an event. Some brighter lighting availability would help a lot for doing make-up, hair and shaving. the light only seems to shine in certain areas and it's very difficult to see what your are doing when getting ready.

Very comfortable room, and quiet, especially for a room that was all windows on both sides. A couple of small frustrating things for the business traveller: the lack of an available power outlet anywhere near the desk, and terrible connectivity, both through the hotel wifi and through cell. Not sure what about the hotel's construction affected cell service, but standing outside it was great but from inside the room it was unusable, which made it very difficult to work or hold a phone conversation from in the room. Great for sleeping though.

The check in went smoothe but the gentleman working the desk that evening was very inattentive. He def was multitasking too much for the situation. Was speaking in a low condescending manner. Had to ask twice for the actual room number cause the writing wasnt the best but thats no big deal.

Wouldn't recommend

1. Theres no parking at the hotel. Its 2 blocks away. You don't find out until after you check in ask ask. The same way you can send out a reminder that your trip is comming up you could send that important info. You than have to go back to your car and get a parking pass dragging all your luggage thru the cobblestone streets and than the parking garage. I had several colleagues staying at the hotel who said the staff was rude and had attitudes be it over the phone or at the desk. My shower leaked all night. The bed was uncomfortable. The blanket and sheets were very thin. There was a fridge but no microwave in the room. I expected alot more. Wouldn't recommend and probably won't return.

The hotel is situated in a safe walkable location right by the pier. Rooms were clean and property is kept well. Service is brisk and friendly. Breakfast is a nice additional. Only complaint is the off site parking. A little pricey for what it is but due to lack of parking it can’t be helped.
