There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery and a convenience store within 1 mile of the duplex, and Downtown Walla Walla is less than 10 min from the property. This quaint duplex is a recently updated, comfortable getaway, featuring modern finishes and vintage charm. Approx. 650 sq ft.ÂČ featuring 2 KING bedrooms & 1 full bath. Tile, hardwood and fresh paint throughout. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect HOME sweet home!
Fully stocked kitchen makes cooking from home convenient and efficient. Updated with full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple. Complete with a dining table with seating for (4) & (2) additional bar stools in the kitchen.
Cozy living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge that converts to a full size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging while enjoying a glass of wine from your favorite local winery. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on your personal apps! Enjoy reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.
Two PRIVATE bedrooms. **BOTH bedrooms are furnished with comfortable KING mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each room decorated with a nice modern vibe. There is closet space for storing guests personal items.
Bright and clean bath, updated finishes and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
Washer & Dryer for guests use located in common laundry which is a separate common area, shared with our housekeeper when she needs to clean the other unit.
Large PRIVATE fenced outdoor space that has a propane firepit and comfortable outdoor seating.
Pack n play, is available on request.
FREE parking for (2) vehicles in driveway & FREE Street Parking
NOTE: This is a main level duplex on one level. There is a separate apartment on the property and there may be other guests present. BOTH units have completely private and separate entrances and outdoor spaces!

College Place is located in Walla Walla County, WA, and sits on the outskirts of Walla Walla, a Washington Wine Country destination. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Highway 125 is the main throughway in the town of College Place and Walmart, Home Depot, and multiple box retail stores are approx. .9 miles from the home. There are several restaurant options nearby but most people enjoy heading over to the Historic Downtown Walla Walla to enjoy the local winery scene and food options. The nearest park is Lions Park (a gorgeous local favorite with a pond and tons of well kept grassy area and paths) is a 2 min walk from the property.
Getting Around:
The property is centrally located in the town of College Place WA, on the outskirts of Walla Walla and has a Walk Score of 50 out of 100. This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot. Restaurants, groceries, shopping are within 1 mile of the house. The location is approximately 1 mile from College Place, & 3 miles to the downtown Walla Walla historical shopping district.
Other Things to Note:
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~This property does NOT accept pets of any kind.

We are available by phone, text, email or in person. We are local and can be available if needed, otherwise we give you plenty of privacy and access to self check-in.
