Breakfast was the basic a couple different kinds of cereal some breads to put in a toaster they had a Texas shaped waffle maker and scrambled eggs sausage patties and sausage links and some pretty good biscuits. Normal basic stuff what I was impressed with is the waffle maker area they kept pretty spotless and that's hard to do with those machines

It’s not on Texas Avenue. It’s off street. No signage off Texas Ave. Dark entry from a side street. Dark parking lot. Lighted parking spaces are a premium. Room was dated, but clean. Price was good food the area. Breakfast was Exceptional! Great presentation, and selection. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay!

Only one staff member each morning, attempting to run the both front desk and breakfast. Therefore breakfast was not good. Had to ask for eggs to be filled and wait while he made them. Hot water for tea tasted like coffee. No waffle batter the first day. No forks. Salt was all gone.

Room needs some maintenance. Peeling and cracked walls. Squeaky ceiling noises from upstairs rooms. Desk and TV stand had some black sticky funk on it and the comforter had a large dirt smudge on it. Bed was comfortable and front desk staff was nice.

The hotel is very nice. I slept well after soaking in the jacuzzi tub. It was amazing. The service is always friendly and very clean. I have stayed here often.
