The room was clean, but there was a lot of peeling paint and wall boards coming undone. The staff on duty did their best, but there was a hassle about checking in. I came in and was told my room was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. There were many unoccupied rooms, so I requested one on the ground floor. The staff on duty called a manager who said no to giving me a ground floor room. I had to request my money back before the manager allowed me to have a different room. I find this unsatisfactory.

The property was not as listed and was not in compliance with the details that was provided and there was several things that was wrong but the main things at hand was the beds was remade with the same dirty blankets and sheets look as if it’s been for days and food stains blood stains and also there was a very bad order

This was the nastiest place I've ever stayed in. My teenage boys and I booked a 2-night stay for the Texas v Texas A&M football game. When we entered our FIRST room, we found stains on bedding and the bed of the pullout sofa was littered with bugs and, what appeared to be, rodent feces. Our SECOND room had blood stains on bedding, the floor and bathroom was filthy and the TV was inoperable. Our THIRD room was a 'little' cleaner, but still had a few noticeable stains on bedding and the bathroom was not clean. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

It’s a no for me

This property is extremely rundown. There was a drip from the tub, the couch had several stains, the desk chair was lopsided.
