It was 4:00 pm Sunday, but only one person on duty at the desk to begin checkin for the evening. 4 people waiting in line. Took longer than expected. Breakfast staff was restocking coffee cups. Top cup of the partial stack was soiled. Rather than discarding that cup, he just shoved more cups on top. Those two complaints aside, the property was AMAZING. Definitely up to Hilton standards. I will definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel. They helped us out last year when we were in town for a 12U baseball tournament and the soccer match was happening. My hotel I booked cancelled my room even after all the confirmations. No place had a room. Called here and the lady found a room that someone checked out early. We rushed over and she had someone rush to clean it for us. We will be staying here in March for another tournament.

Pleasant stay. My husband was a bit sick on the day we had to checkout but the late checkout option saved the day for us. I absolutely LOVED the option to check out at 2 pm for a small nominal fee. It was worth every penny. The house keepers kept knocking on the door though even with the do not disturb sign but it may have just been poor communication and did not affect our overall impression of the hotel. There was also a dog next door which kept barking but thankfully it was quiet at night and did not disturb our rest. Facility, parking, rooms and service were top notch.

Property was fantastic. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was probably the best at a hotel I’ve ever had (fresh hot to order omelet. It was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Unresolved problems

I paid extra for my family to stay at this hotel for one night and it was horrible. The AC didn't work, the TV would not turn off, and they had a let-out sofa and it had no sheets or pillows. My grandkids had to sleep on a bare mattress! I notified the Manager, but she never took the time to call me back to make it right. Which says alot of why the hotel is so run down. Buyer beware, the price you pay for this, you could have stayed at a Days in for two nights with less hassle, with a working AC, TV and extra sheets!
