Absolutely disgusting I cannot believe Hilton has there name on this Charged more than Expedia booked for. Hair in shower would not let us check in early. Rude staff. Will NEVER stay there again. Dirt all over floors no carpet.

The entire hotel was an over priced Super 8. The room was EXACTLY SMALL. There wasn't even a closet for our clothes. No furniture with a drawer. The bed was a cheep mattress on a wood platform. They only provide maid serve every other day, so you don't get clean towels or the bed made, nothing. The first floor elevator call button didn't work, so you had to just wait until they came from other floors. The breakfast was a joke. And the service was non-existent. I have literally stayed in hotels that cost less than half this much, with much better amenities. I am an Honors member, and have stayed in many places, but this was the worst. I will not be back. I feel like I I should receive, at the very least, a partial refund.

Staff was very rude . I arrived like 30 minutes early. I asked to check in early to get dressed for a memorial service at 4:30. She states the room is not ready. Give her 20 minutes. Okay, fine. I went back to my car . Then I came back in at 2:55. She informed me it would be another 15 minutes. Her attitude was very unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, fine, get another one. Then, finally, when the employee told me my room was ready and she going to say ID, no, please, or anything, then she was going to say, “Huh,” when she handed it back . I drove over 6 hours, and I don’t feel like I should have been treated rudely. I watched her guess walk in and out, and she never spoke at all . She sat her big, nasty, sloppy-built ass in that chair, not doing all damn things.

Hardly saw staff. Bathroom had no soap which had me quite concerned. The room also had no hand soap we had to use body soap from the shower. TV was older and every time a commercial came on the sound would blast.
