Blankets and pillow cases were visibly stained (makeup and dirt). I asked for new ones, and they handed me freshly washed ones (still warm from the laundry) that also had visible stains. My daughter was distressed about it, I told her they were clean, even though they were dirty. All that said, *every* worker I came across was SO friendly and willing to help us, they were truly outstanding, and doing the best with what they are able to offer. I think it is just a corporate/regional choice to keep linens in rotation even when they have stains that won’t come out. Also thought it was funny that the pillows were square shaped: Looking closer, we saw they were regular sized, but they were so floppy and worn out that they had to be folded in half in order to feel like a pillow at all. We asked for new ones, (and again the staff were SO friendly and eager to help) but all they had to give were more floppy ones). I suspect it’s also a corporate/regional choice to keep things in rotation a little longer, make them last. I get it, times are tough for all of us, but we’ll pay a little more to stay somewhere else in the future.

The first room smelled of smoke but they moved us to a new room which was very clean. The only problem was the towels stunk. Also, the beds were comfortable but there wasn't any chairs in the room, no toiletries except soap. Refrigerator and microwave worked. They advertise a pool, which looks very nice, but it was out of order due to the city shutting down because it didn't have handicap capabilities.
