Unfortunately we were underwhelmed with this property. When we arrived we were surprised that the pool was out of advertised. When I inquired about it to the staff they said that they took it off their amenity list but the pool is still listed in their images which is confusing. Our hotel room was definitely run down, broken office chair, missing remote for the TV, chipped paint and scratches all over the room, almost looks like dog scratches. Something to keep in mind, the breakfast offered was minimal. Unfortunately we would not return.

The property was very clean with towels and supplies well stocked. However, we had a problem with the window shade and a question about the wifi, but the labels on the room phone were gone and we had no idea how to call the front desk. The breakfast was minimal and the area was not well attended for cleanliness. We enjoyed the italian restaurant next door.

This hotel is decent, you can see that the building is old and needs some maintenance, the floor creaks when walking and our shower handle kept falling off. Only has a pump with shampoo/conditioner so be sure to bring body wash. The bed was soft but very noisy when moving around, the pillows were small. All in all not a terrible hotel but could use some updating.

Convenient to highway. Location to the venue was within walking distance. Many restaurant options. The staff was very friendly. The only negative was pool not being opened, but things happen.

My only complaints are there was no pool and it was one of the reasons we booked the stay there and the staff wasn’t friendly or helpful with getting refund or a transfer , and also all vending machines need repair or upgrading spent 10$ in vending and all the buttons were giving random drinks instead of what was selected

Comfortable stay

Absolutely comfortable stay. Room was well air conditioned & clean. The pool indicated as out of order but was filled with water and appeared clean. The breakfast is continental. Coffee, green tea, plain bagels,cream cheese, wheaten/white bread, Dannon yogurt, Quaker Oats packets in varied flavors. Orange/apple juices , apples only.

The hotel was fine, only the carpets in the hallway were a bit old, the rooms were clean, but they only cleaned once a week, which was very bad, and the breakfast on the first day was very scarce, there was only bread and a little cereal and coffee.

Stephanie the night time clerk on fridays And Saturdays was the best thing about this trip . When we booked we was told the property had full breakfast and access to the pool when we arrived the pools closed for repairs and they only offer toast fruit oatmeal and cereal for breakfast that started a few weeks ago . We stuck it out but def won’t be back to this location .
