The room seemed claen. The bed was great, everything was great. Except for the shower, when they did a remodel they made the shower door slide the wrong way. There is zero chance of turning the water on without getting blast of cold sprayed on you! So that made me think, i see the cleaners in the hall and they are not wet! No way they clean the shower!

Side door hard to open. Room had odor. Water in pump thermos wasn’t hot. Only one cup out. Food lukewarm. No waffle mix. Too bad they couldn’t hire someone to do what it takes to fill things, heat food up and clean.

The property was dingy and rundown with cracks in the walls, mismatched carpet, paint peeling, and grass unkept. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and though we arrived only 15mins after 7am the waffle batter was empty, and the hot water for tea was out.

Not a bad place to stay for a one night stay. Room was clean and newly updated. The price was reasonable that's why I picked it. Staff was friendly. Not much for breakfast..didn't have waffles though but not much of a variety.

The bed was super comfortable - I am a super traveler and hands down the best bed next to a cruise ship. Outside the room - meh. Nothing pretty. Easy in and out from the interstate. Breakfast is a very basic "hot breakfast." Again, nothing dazzling. The room HVAC - that was a mess - I had to turn off the unit to turn on the heat and turn it off. Then the room would become very hot, again turn off, and then the a/c would not stop running. The only way to get heat in the room and override the a/c was to 83 degrees. The system would randomly drop to 66 - a little too cold with a small child and very thin blankets. Beyond that, great. Nothing special, clean, loved the holiday fall light-up pumpkins. Made being away from home for Thanksgiving a tad easier. I would stay again.

The property was pretty run down. It had a strong chemical odor. It was extremely noisy! There was a door to the stairs by our room and it was constantly slamming. Also, someone was running uostairs all night long. The staff was anything but pleasant. We ending up cutting our losses and leaving early.
