Bed and bath linens, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment, and bathroom cleaning.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you prefer not to do this, you can pre-order an additional "full cleaning" service for 30⏠before your arrival. If this option is not reserved in advance, and these instructions are not followed, a 60⏠cleaning fee will be charged.
A digital contract must be signed, and your ID will be requested via the Yaago platform after booking, along with information for the police registration form, in compliance with current regulations. If the identity of the individuals staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
