Just been here last week and my stay has been by far one of the best hotel accommodation I have had. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one surprised me. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the room and to the toilet has been extraordinary. I have not seen any molds, limescales or any dirt. The hotel room had ample space, too. I am really impressed. Also the room was well prepared with pillows, duvets and you do not even have to ask for extra. The concierge staff were friendly all the time. Provided bathrobes and slippers which some hotels won't with the same price but they do. Also near the public transport (3 mins walk) really enjoyed my stay here. Also used their Sauna and gym, very clean. The only thing I did not try here was the breakfast because it was not included in my reservation. it was 21euro, I think it is a bit pricey but I do not know what is included as I never went down to have a look. But definitely enjoyed local breakfast in town. The price of this hotel is not too expensive for the value you will get. First time to leave a tip for the housekeeper as I really was happy with everything. I highly recommend this place! And will definitely come back to this hotel if I go back to Köln.

The rooms were not clean, there was hair on the beds. Pillows smelled. The rooms had an odor. Changed rooms. Received different pillows in worse condition. Matressess were unacceptable to sleep on. Checked out early and did not receive a refund.

Nice Hotel, clean and good connection to public transport. Not many restaurants around.

Very modern hotel. All you expect of a modern hotel accept as a Brit no kettle or tea making facility… just a coffee machine. Lovely decor, gorgeous bathroom, lovely big bed. We stayed in a premium room which included parking. Just a Short walk to the tram which was very easy to get into the centre of Cologne.

Everything was ok but we didn’t receive any VIP packages ( as Expedia silver member)… no need to pay for parking on the same street in nearby.
