I liked the location of the hotel. Most attractions can be reached on foot from the hotel. It’s right on the Rhine too, which was lovely to look out onto every day. Breakfast and the service was excellent. Great choice of continental or cooked breakfasts. Staff on reception were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It is in a good location next to the river, which is ideal with the roof top terrace. Only about 25 minute stroll from the train station. Rooms were big and airy.

Got downgraded on arrival despite paying in advance. Reception said they couldn’t refund difference. Got 2 free drinks at the bar as compensation. Barman said we couldn’t have certain drinks. Complained to hotels.com and got refunded a small token amount on checkout. Will not be staying here again. Categorically off the list!
