My stay at the boutique hotel was very good. It was only three minutes from the train station, which was exactly what I was looking for. The location was beautiful, right next to a stunning Gothic cathedral, and the hotel itself was easy to find. Once inside, the staff was very professional and welcoming. They directed us to the elevator (lift) to reach the fifth floor; however, the elevator only went up to the fourth floor, so we had to climb one additional flight of stairs. The room itself was very nice, and overall I had a great experience. I would definitely stay there again for a few more nights if needed.

We stayed in the family room and it was very spacious and comfortable. No lifts so carrying 3 large suitcases on 9 flights of stairs was a challenge. The cathedral was a very short walk away and there were other lovely churches close by. Very close to the train station too.

The room was in a pretty dilapidated state. The bathroom door had a significant hole in it, the hot water boiler wasn't functioning right, the hair dryer was broken, walls scuffed up, windows dirty, and the staircase very dirty.

"Boutique"? Only if Boutique means disorganised, disconnected and higgledy-piggledy. From the long, dark corridor you enter before you reach reception, to the elevator that exits onto a landing with stairs up or down, to the maze you travel to find your room, this place is chaos. I could barely get in the bathroom because the door hinged the wrong way! How it is even allowed to operate with an elevator that exits BETWEEN floors is beyond me? This place is only a thing because of its excellent location

The room was clean and simple. We did not realize however that some rooms are not part of the main hotel and you need to exit the hotel and go to a different building to access your room. You will also have to walk up a couple flights of stairs depending on your room location. The room has no phone to contact the front desk if needed. It was extremely warm in the room which forced us to keep the windows open. The lighting in the room is terrible and it was extremely noisy due to outside noise. Our room was above a restaurant and store and across from a bar. Keep that in mind if you don’t want to stay somewhere noisy. The front desk staff were pleasant. I would say for the price the location is good but this is definitely a no frills hotel.

Friendly staff at check in. No elevator and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs with 7 large suitcases and 2 senior adults. Heaters didn’t work. Most outlets didn’t work. Hot water didn’t work in one shower. Appreciates Bag storage after check out!

Positives first: fantastic location and of course a good price. Negatives: the online check-in is all a bit pointless when you end up having to go through the whole process anyway on arrival. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that there was a better breakfast selection in the earlier hours, but you’ll be disappointed if you get up late. Don’t expect the room to look like the photos. Just a guide, if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep beyond 8:40 then the church bells will wake you up on Saturday & Sunday.

overall, the location is great being close to the main train station and the cathedral. the room itself was clean and comfortable. the area is kind of meh but there are a lot of dining options. overall, it was a great experience, the staff was very helpful. i would stay here again.

The hotel is close to the Dom. That is the only good thing. It is run down, dirty, smelled of smoke and the noise from the street was unbelievably loud. It was like spending the night in a night club with music blasting, people talking and pounding on doors. Although the breakfast was good, the woman who worked in the breakfast room was rude. Also, there was no stopper for the bath. When we asked for one, we were simply told there isn't one. I would never stay there again.
