Clean room. Very nice staff. Convenient location, close to train station and shops and restaurants. My room didn’t have a toilet inside but it did have one in the hallway. If it wasn’t for that, I would have rated this hotel excellent instead of good.

The property is very close to the Hauptbanhof, Rhine River and DOM. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Not the nicest neighborhood but a very traditional German Urban hotel.

This was a perfect place for us. Close to the station. We had 1 day in Cologne so it was easy to navigate. Lovely quiet hotel. Thank you!

Morning tea was served in Reception

A traditional hotel with a front desk manned 24hrs a day, close to the main station. Morning tea was such a nice touch.

Although the location was excellent, the property itself was very basic. Sharing a bathroom/toilet with the rest of the floor not very nice. Did not help as temperature was 30deg, no air con or fans on offer. It was however very cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Die drei Leute, mit denen ich an der Rezeption gesprochen habe, waren super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam zu mir. Das Hotel und mein Zimmer waren sehr sauber und alles war sehr aufgeräumt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Minimal, But Updated and Clean Property

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The rooms were updated and well-appointed. There is no lift so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Shared bathrooms were clean and we generally didn't have any problems having access to them (did have to go to a bathroom on a different floor once or twice). We would stay again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the bed was very comfortable. A nice and quiet place that was very charming in its style. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the city.

A quaint old-fashioned hotel in a quiet back street very close to Koln Central Station, cathedral, and the old town. Breakfast buffet very plentiful, with mature staff making the stay pleasant.
