Great location!!! Close to everything. So clean, the check in was done in less than 2 minutes.
Nice rooms, very comfortable and modern.
Great customer service; always willing to help.
I will stay here again and I’ll recommend it to my friends.

This hotel was perfect and so close to many of colognes top destinations and the train. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Central and comfortable
Posted Feb. 19, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is in a great location. Note: the brand has 3 hotels in close proximity so you might end up at the wrong one. Parking in public garage nearby was only 12€ with hotel validation. Staff was friendly and amazing. Breakfast was fresh-even warm eggs, sausages, and beans. Beds were European but comfy enough. Others have complained of noise-it’s a tourist area with bars and restaurants; noise all night is expected. But the windows had great soundproofing.
We had a great stay.

This was an excellent spot for my 30hr stay in Cologne. Right on the corner of Alter Markt and very close to Heumarkt not to mention the 5-7min walk to Koln Dom and the central train station. I was traveling alone and felt to be a very safe location, as well.
The hotel was very clean and very comfortable and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I didn’t even know I had Expedia VIP access here until I was informed of this upon check-in. The perks that came with that were very nice, as well.
