Staff were great and helpful at all times. Took a star off because the elevator was broken for 2 days out of our stay. There is a great Chinese buffet placee next to the hotel and it was close to the shopping district as well.

We stayed in a room that was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 separate bedroom areas. Location of hotel was perfect; close to main train station and the Cologne Cathedral. Very walkable to shopping and the Rhine. Very convenient and felt safe. Minor drawback was that the room felt warm even with fans going and moderate temperatures outside.

Good location in the shopping district, only a ten minute walk to the station, staff were friendly. Room a little on the small side but clean and comfortable
