Lakefront home; 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 kitchens & 2 Family rooms, Fire pit, 6-7 person outdoor Hot tub & Infrared Sauna in heated garage. Our flowering gardens & Private Beach overlook the swimming hole on big Paw Paw Lake! Perfect for families or large groups to enjoy fishing, sunbathing, swimming, boating, and more!

Boat dock is unavailable, but you can shore the boat on our beach. Rent a boat, bring your own boat, use our pedal boat, float and swim in the water, or play lawn games and enjoy the beautiful lakefront views from the beach, patios, and fire-pit area. 2 Smart TVs, and reliable, fast wifi for indoor relaxing. Suitable for all ages; children & elderly.

The home has central AC, forced heat, 2 functional gas fireplaces, Roku enabled TVs with standard cable and Wifi. With three full baths in addition to an outdoor shower, you won't have to worry about fighting over the bathroom! The upstairs level is a mid century modern feel with beautiful views of the water and 3 bedrooms. The lower level has a cozy beach house vibe to retreat to when the summer days are too hot and has another kitchen, living room, laundry, bedroom and full bath. When outdoors, enjoy the beautiful views and hangout at the beach and fire-pit area overlooking the lake.

For our visiting families we provide the following:

- 2 Baby gates at bottom and top of stairs

Coloma is the perfect jumping point for all that SouthWest Michigan has to offer. You're on a HUGE 1,000 acre lake, but only a quick 15-20 minute drive to popular attractions like St. Joes, South Haven, wineries and breweries galore.

We have internet speeds of 1,200 mbps. With two separate kitchens and kitchen tables, there's a lot of room for kids e-learning and parents to work from home.

Bedroom 1: King Bed, adjacent bathroom with tub, overlooks lake, blackout curtains. Space for a pack n play in bathroom or bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, blackout shades, tight space for pack n play, but can be done.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Twin Bunks, blackout shades. Fits a pack n play.
Bedroom 4 - lower level: Queen Bed, two larger closets that can both fit a pack n play.

Stayed a week on a family vacation with my children and grandchildren, who thoroughly enjoyed the small beach area. We had other relatives staying in other Vrbo's in the area as part of a family reunion. This property was by far the nicest of the three houses. Property was accurate to the listing and in good shape. Location in the neighborhood and area was taken care of. Too cool to utilize the lake shore but hot tub and firepit was great. Pm communicated really well. Not much I could recommend to improve the experience. We would stay again.

Great Jumping Point to Southwest Michigan

Home is sparse, not your usual lake House clutter fest. Beds were comfy. The most usable kitchen is downstairs and there are stairs to the beach/dock so would not recommend if anyone has limited mobility. That said my dad (70+) said he loved how sturdy the stairs to the beach were. My kids 4 and 7 loved the sandy beach and warm weedless water. There were a few days where algae was heavy come afternoon so we went to nearby Paw Paw beaches, which were in close proximity. Loved that Coloma had some to offer and that the property is an easy 20 minutes to both South Haven and St.Joseph. Hosts were super communicative. Hot Tub and Sauna were great bonuses for the grown ups. First property in 4 years that I'd plan to come back to.

Wonderful house

Fall at Paw Paw Lake

The house is extremely well maintained and perfect for families. We loved the added bonus of the paddleboards and kids toys. The kitchens were well stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, etc. It was awesome to have two refrigerators. The home is in close proximity to the grocery store and coffee house just in case you forgot items which was really helpful. And being on the channel was amazing. The kids were able to swim without a lot of boat traffic. And it's also a no wake zone *thumbs up* It was a really lovely place and we're all ready to go back! Thanks again.

Amazing extended family vacation!

We had an all ages event- 1 year rally the way up to grandma and papa. It was so nice to have a grassy play area and the sand and water down the stairs-didn’t have the worries of kids going too close to the water. We brought a kayak and paddle board and loves the location in a little cove of the lake. Super quiet and peaceful. Did some fishing off the dock. Lots of space for everything. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Didn’t have many wash cloths but we had brought some. The basement kitchen was great. We ate most meals at the house and it was the gathering spot. Grilled a few nights too, nice big gas grill. Fire pit area was a great spot to relax. Great communication with owner. If we come back this way, we’ll definitely book again!

Wonderful time at Paw Paw Lake.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house! There was plenty of room for our group of 10 to hang out and plenty to do both at the house and in the area. We brought our boat along and loved how quiet the lake was. We also enjoyed using our kayak/paddle board right from the property. Would definitely recommend!

Grew up in Coloma!

Our stay at this property made coming back after so many years a really great experience. Our grown children and grandchildren got to see where Nana and Papaw spent their formative years of which Paw Paw Lake played a big part. The house was such a nice place to land after long days out reliving memories. Fishing next to the pier, paddle boating around the channel, playing on the beach, enjoying the firepit-even on warmer evenings, the hot tub experience and the spaciousness of the house itself gave the guys workspace with super speed internet for the days they had to report to the "office" without hearing all the fun we were having elsewhere. After kiddos were in bed, Moms & Dads enjoyed the gas fireplaces too! The amenities and provided extras were such nice bonuses we haven't seen in other places. Thank you! My kids are pretty well traveled and THIS will rank in the uppermost of their favorite experiences.

Our son had a destination wedding in Watervielt. Only 20 mins and easy drive! Had my Dad (77) with us, probably only problem was stairs, my owners did let me know prior. 9 of us stayed comfortably! Very nice would go back!

Great Family Vacation at Paw Paw Lake Paradise

This home and location exceeded our expectations from the house, location, amenities, convenience of the boat ramp (less than 2 minutes), and a beautiful lake! We enjoyed a family fire pit, fishing, tubing on the lake, family dinners in the lovely downstairs kitchen, beer and wine tasting at several brewhouses and vineyards, Silver Beach in St. Joseph, South Beach in South Haven and shopping in Saugatauk. The house was neat and clean. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. The down stairs was perfect for are group. There was 6 of us and we ate, played games and just hung out there. Amazing!

The lake house was perfect, very spacious and clean, exactly how it looks in the pictures. Large open common spaces make the house feel larger than it is. The outdoor area was very spacious and private with beautiful landscaping. We will definitely be back!

Quick Summer Trip

The house is situated on a waterway leading to the larger lake. There is a sandy beech that drops off quickly. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boat. The lower level has a nice second kitchen with dinning area and large family room. The upstairs has a large living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The only downside was the bunk beds were a little small for my tall sons. The house was clean and nicely furnished.
