Ideal Central Location in Colombo 5

I needed a private apartment in Colombo for a week, in Thimbirigasyaya, near SSC, Colpetty, Bambalapitiya and Wellawatte. It comes furnished and has a separate garage for parking a reasonably sized car. It is large and airy, with plenty of light, curtains, and has several overhead fans in addition to very good A/C and Wi-Fi throughout. Cathedral ceilings provide plenty of air circulation. The king size bed was superb with excellent mattress, clean sheets and covers and several new pillows. There is a clean chest of drawers and small closet. The bedroom has attached bathroom with shower and clothes washer. Large, pleasant sitting area with sofa/TV/ Fan/2 cosy chairs. The street outside can be a little noisy during commute hours. I could travel within a 5-15 miles radius in relatively short time from here. Several shops and cafes within walking distance. Leon, the owner was very responsive and provided fresh towels on request. One of the main requirements for me was a clean kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, range and dining area. It came with clean cutlery and crockery. With the private entrance, I was able to enter and leave at all times of the day and night without disturbing the neighbors. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone in need of a central, quiet, clean, well-maintained, private 1 bedroom location with good water service, established neighborhoods, low mosquitos and access to taxis. I will certainly lease this place whenever I visit Colombo!
