Colorado Avenue Complete Escape

Brand new modern construction right on Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from downtown Colorado Springs. Enjoy high-end finishes and custom touches throughout this property. Guests will enjoy the full kitchen with connected patio. The living room has an open floor plan that includes a gas fire place and easy access to the kitchen and dining area for entertainment.

The upstairs has a full master suite with a large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a huge bath tub with plenty of room for two :) The shower has a spa like feel with a river rock lining and lots of space. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and one with a unique walk out balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or just watching the action down bellow. There is also a laundry closet and a full second bathroom rounding off the 2 level. The basement level includes a 2nd full living area with a full kitchen, 2 more bedrooms, an additional queen sleeper sofa and a 2nd laundry room. Perfect for large groups or 2 families looking to be close but still have separate living space. The Basement has a separate private entry for many different use options.

Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 503 West, and No 3. Taphouse to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. Discounts for weekly and monthly rates are available. Everything from booking the property to checking in to checking out was so easy. The PropertyWas a great accommodation for3 families. Not once did we feel like we were on top of one another. We had space and when we wanted to come together we had the perfect place in the center of the house.

Beautiful, Spacious and Clean

Beautiful and spacious property located near Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and so much more. We enjoyed exploring the Colorado outdoors as much as relaxing at this open concept living room/kitchen space! The property was clean and the beds were so comfy! Easy check-in and check-out! Great place!

We held a family reunion (10 people) in Colorado Springs, and this place worked out well. The 5 bedrooms were comfortable for everyone. It was nice to have the second kitchen downstairs so we could use a second set of dishes, if needed. Worked out very well!

Parents weekend stay 2021

We stayed here for parents weekend for USAFA. It was only about 15-20 minutes from USAFA. We had family and friends staying here for the long weekend with us. It was big enough for all of us. Very clean. I was able to cook meals for my cadet as she was looking forward to some home cooked meals. I loved how there were different spices and things available for use. We purchased a few things we needed and left them there for others as well. I loved having access to a washer and dryer—2 of each. I didn’t need both of them but was able to wash my cadets clothing too. (Detergent was available too—I purchased some and just left my extra there). The location was great. Parking was available in front and back of the house. There was also plenty of shampoo for all. I thought it was a very nice touch that the bathrooms were stocked with this too. Some of us had our own and others used what was there. I truly enjoyed our stay at your home. Thank you for sharing it with us. I will definitely book this home again. We all made some great memories here!

Perfect Getaway!

We had an awesome experience staying in this lovely home. It was the perfect size for our family with plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the mountains. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay at this home again!

Brand new and in great location

Overall great stag. Owner was very flexible and communicated effectively. The basement was little too warm and we didn't see a thermostat but we didn't ask for assistance. Only other issue was that someone kept parking in our designated spots which was annoying but there was plenty of street parking.

My family and I stayed here for a week while we were out there on vacation. Fantastic home!

We recently stayed at this home and it was absolutely amazing! The house looked brand new and had all the modern amenities. There was plenty of space for all of us, which was four families! The Family room and kitchen were very spacious! Richard was the best host and provided us with whatever we needed! Linens were clean and all bedrooms were well furnished. We would definitely stay here again! Home location was close to all the tourist sites and attractions.

Cleanest Rental Ever!

We have stayed in a lot of different rentals, and this one by far has been the cleanest! Everything is new and in pristine condition. The location is also fantastic because it is literally 5-15 minutes from all of the sites. Rich is extremely accommodating and always answered whatever question I threw his way. :) We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

The location was convenient to everything, Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, restaurants, shopping, Broadmoor, a perfect place for a great getaway. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you expect. Richard, the manager, is very responsive. Would stay here again.
