The Element was clean and overall, a nice environment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. When choosing the room, the pictures online made it difficult to know exactly what we were getting. I expected a larger kitchen and separate seating area but didn't get that. My husband asked for an ice bucket, but we told that there was an ice tray in the freezer for us to make our own. However, there was no ice tray, nor did we have a freezer capable of making ice due to the small refrigerator. We had to go buy a small ice chest. Also, the pictures online showed a desk chair as well as another chair in the room for two people to sit. There was only one desk chair. These things may not seem that big of a deal, but we stayed for six nights. Sometimes I didn't feel like sitting in the bed and wished we had the two chairs. I will say that this location is very convenient and close to all main areas of attractions.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk. Unable to check in early as they were booked the previous night. We walked around town for a bit, and they called us when our room was ready. Great touch!! Small but clean, comfortable, & modern room. Shower had excellent water pressure. The outdoor sitting area was huge and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a group next door to us that partied til 3am, and they were rudely loud. Not the fault of the hotel, so I imagine it would've been quiet otherwise. Made to order breakfast was fantastic with many options. The breakfast was the highlight! Didn't use the fitness room nor the pool. This was our first stay at an Element........and we would absolutely stay again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is great, room and bed was comfortable. All of the staff were kind and professional. We didn't sleep well with all of the road noise - not the property's fault. They do provide you with ear plugs and a sound machine, but we needed to hear if our child woke up so we were unable to use them. Overall we would stay again if we didn't have a child with us, utilizing the sound machine and ear plugs for the late night and early morning road noise.

Probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen in unit sure makes it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with plenty of options! Overall I would definitely choose to stay on an element hotel again!

I love this hotel because of the location! We were attending a high school state tennis tournament, and it was very convenient to go to and from our hotel and the tennis courts. This is the second year we have stayed here because of its location, friendliness, and customer service.
